Access has deep roots in the food industry, with the Garozzo family, a privately-owned family company, involved in the sector for over 50 years in Far North Queensland. Now led by Lui Garozzo, a second-generation Australian immigrant and son of the company’s founder, Access is proud to have Lui’s daughter, Rebecca, joining the business after completing her university studies.
As the largest cold storage facility in FNQ, we take pride in offering a state of the art environment that supports seamless continuity within the food supply chain. Our core business and passion lie in unloading seafood directly from trawlers on the East Coast and the Gulf - a service we’ve expanded to include wharf unloading, providing customers with an end to end solution that ensures accurate product tallying.
We also meet the cold storage needs of various local and interstate customers. Due to the high demand for cold storage in FNQ, our dry storage offerings are currently limited.
